Meal and Breakfast items can be setup with an additional Portion Size up charge. 

Here is how portion pricing is determined. 

 

1) If an item is setup with its own Portion Price (at item Level or School Level), the configured portion price is the final Item Price and no additional Portion Price is charged. 

 

 

2) If condition under #1 does not apply, then the system will look at Portion Pricing up charge configured, if any, at the Grade level. This up charge will be in addition to the Item Price calculated.
