Order Subscriptions feature allow your customers/ parents to setup lunch orders to be placed every month without having to do so manually. Parents can select an available Subscription Plan for their children and let SchoolBitez take care of placing orders automatically. 

Follow the steps below to turn Subscriptions Feature ON. 

  • In the SchoolBitez Admin UI, click on the menu Setup > Subscriptions. You will be presented with the following page.  To enable Subscriptions, set the Allow customers to setup Subscription Orders setting ON.

 

  •  Subscriptions feature requires Parents to setup Favorites which will be used to place subscription orders. You can optionally setup a Default Meal Item in case any of the Favorites setup by the Parent is not on the menu for a given Day. Our Subscription Ordering system will use this Default Item to make sure the child has an order placed for every day of the given month.

 

  • Staying on the same page, you can select which Subscription Plans are offered to the Parents, as shown below. Use the Enabled toggle to turn on specific Plans.

 

  • You will also need to provide the label and description for each Plan to help Parents understand the Subscription Plan. 

 

  • Specify any discount (in percentage) that will be applied to the                          Subscription Order.

 

  • When all the settings are in place, click on the Save button to complete your Subscription Setup. You have now successfully turned ON the subscriptions feature for your customers to start using.
