SchoolBitez lets you map a particular Menu Item to specific Vendor location/ branch for a given School. You can also override/ specify Item Price and Vendor cost at a School Level. 

Note: Vendor Mapping at School Level is only enabled if you service different school menus using different Vendors. If you do not have access to this feature and would like to learn about it, please contact Support. 

 

Pre-requisites

You must select select and save the list of Vendors that service a School by going to the School Page > Vendors tab as shown below. 

Map Local Vendors and Set Prices

Once the Vendor information is saved, click on the Item Vendors/ Pricing tab. On this page you can select which Vendor (or Vendor location) services an item for the School.

Export and Import Vendor Mapping and Prices

           Instead of editing Vendor and price information one by one on the above page, you can also export this information to Excel, fill up the data and Excel and import it back. 

            Doing an Export on an empty page like above will result in an Excel file like              below: -

            Once you have filled up the Excel with the relevant Vendor, Price and Vendor Cost Price information, click on Import button to start the Import process. 

           

Follow the Import process by selecting the filled up Excel file and clicking Next. 

Important Note: Vendors filled under School Vendor column should already exist (with the same name as the column value) under your SchoolBitez account.
