SchoolBitez allows you to manage grade changes for the new school year in two ways: -
1) Self-update by Parents
2) Bulk update by Administrators
By Parents
If you would like Parents to update their child's grade at the start of the school year, you can turn the following setting ON under Setup > Ordering App Settings page.
Note: This option is NOT available if you are using Student Information System to synchronize your Student List with SchoolBitez.
By Administrators
Administrators can bulk update Students by going to the Students page. Filter Students by School and Grade
Select students by using the Checkbox in the table header. After selecting Students, click on the Pencil icon as shown below.
In the dialog that opens next, select the new Grade to move the selected Students to and click up Update Students button.
Important Note: You must move Grades for the highest grade first and then moving down one grade at a time i.e. move Grade 7 students to Grade 8, then Grade 6 students to Grade 7 and so on, in order to avoid mixing up a Grade with existing students and upgraded students.
