Upload Student Pics feature lets you attach a picture with your Student Records.

Create your file

      * Paste the pictures, jpeg or png, into a folder

      * Zip the folder

Login to your admin SchoolBitez account and go to, Customers > Upload Student Pics and you will see a page like below show up.

* Click Choose Files to Upload and browse your computer to the zip file. Click on it to upload it or drag the file and drop it in place.

* Click Start Upload to begin the process.

* Click on Recent Uploads to see the progress of your import, This page will appear

A Queued Status means it is in progress. The Status will change to Completed Successfully when the import is complete.

If the id/name of the file matches a student, the picture will be viewable in the customer account

* Go to Customer > Student and click on a student to view the picture.

If you would like to see the pictures on the Point of Sale, Go to Setup > Point of Sale Settings and select Show Student Picture
